Noel "Guerita" Anschutz

Noel's life journey has been incredibly diverse, shaping her into the compassionate and driven individual she is today. Originally from Chicago, IL, she experienced life in Tucson, AZ, and later settled in Las Vegas, NV, where she spent a significant portion of her life. However, her life took an unexpected turn when she felt a calling from the Universe to relocate to Ensenada, Baja California, where she found a new purpose that resonated deeply within her.

 

For over two decades, Noel has been passionately advocating for individuals with serious physical and mental health impairments, specializing in Social Security disability law. Through her work, she has had the privilege of connecting with people from all walks of life and fighting tirelessly for their benefits in court.

 

This has entailed speaking with people about every type of medical and mental health condition imaginable. This has also entailed connecting with people on a deeper level regarding their extreme personal traumas and how that has affected their lives.  It has been it's own form of life coaching.

 

Since 2014, after working at Law Firms, she has been successfully running her own disability law practice, making a positive impact on her clients' lives. Noel's life journey has been marked by both challenges and triumphs. Despite facing abandonment by her father before birth, the loss of her mother at age 6, a strict Pentecostal religious upbringing with unfamiliar family members, a 16-year neglectful marriage, and other narcissistic relationships, she has demonstrated remarkable strength and perseverance. Additionally, her own personal struggles led her to undergo weight loss surgery in 2016, resulting in a significant and life-changing 170-pound weight loss.

In March 2022, Noel made a daring decision to embrace change and moved from Las Vegas to Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, alone. Overcoming fear and driven by a deep desire for personal growth and a profound trust in the guiding hand of the Universe, she embarked on this new chapter of her life with courage and optimism, open to all of the plans of the Universe.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Noel finds immense joy in the company of her beloved pets, Cici & Lulu. (& now the adopted neighborhood cat, Gia).  Embracing the vibrant culture and experiences of Mexico, she enjoys exploring the beauty of the beach, savoring the delights of wine country, and forging meaningful connections with a new circle of friends.
