Sing Thank You with me!

Updated: Jul 6, 2023

🌟✨ Hey friends, ✨🌟

I wanted to share something special with all of you today. Wouldn't it be amazing if we came together and listened to this incredible song, "Thank You" by Ben Rector, in the morning? Let's collectively raise our vibrations and fill our hearts with gratitude!

As you listen, I invite you to sing it like you mean it and then share in the comments what you're saying thank you for. It could be anything, big or

small, that brings joy to your life.

I understand that some of us might be going through tough times or feeling resistant to this idea. But trust me, this is an exercise in exponentially increasing our vibrations. If you're feeling down or depressed, start with something as simple as appreciating the fact that you're breathing, the love from your pet, the beauty of the universe, or the support of your loved ones.

Remember, it's okay to start small. By setting the intention to raise our emotional levels and pairing it with an uplifting emotion evoked by music, we can shift our vibration. It's like tricking our minds into being happy! 😄🎶

Let's make this a daily practice if it resonates with you. You'll begin to notice that each day brings more things to be grateful for. It may take time, so be patient and kind to yourself. Love yourself through this journey because there's no specific goal, only the act of practicing gratitude and raising our vibrations.

I hope this helps someone today.

Thank you, Ben Rector, for this beautiful song that reminds us to appreciate life's blessings. I'll leave you with a snippet of the lyrics:

"Thanks for the sunrise,

Thanks for the night sky,

Thanks for the deepest blue,

In my daughter's eyes.

And thanks for the weekend,

Thanks for a good friend,

Thanks for 'In the High Life Again',

Makes me feel alive."

Come on, let's sing it out, sing it loud, and remember all the good things that surround us. Together, let's create a wave of gratitude and love.
